A recipe from Create Cooking Challenge 2017 second-place winner Chris Nance. Pairs well with Bacon-Wrapped Peaches.
2 cups peach nectar
¾ cup honey
¼ cup agave honey
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
½ cup lemon juice
3½ cups cold water peach slices Instructions
1. In a saucepan, mix together peach nectar, honey, agave honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat mixture over medium heat until honey has fully incorporated with nectar.
2. Add lemon juice to a beverage container, followed by the peach mixture and cold water. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
3. Add peach slices for garnish. Refrigerate until chilled.
