Dakos

Ingredients:
1 Large Ripe Tomato Grated
4 Large Dakos (dried bread or cracker)
Olive Oil
Water
Salt
Mizithra Cheese
Oregano
Olives

Preparation:
On serving plate place the dakos, sprinkle water on dakos, top with olive oil, top with tomato, drizzle a little olive oil over tomato, season with salt, oregano, top with cheese, drizzle with olive oil, top with olives. Repeat for all dakos pieces.
