She is the author of 12 best-selling cookbooks. Her latest, Ciao Italia Family Classics, was named one of the best new cookbooks by Esquire in 2011. Through Ciao Italia and appearances on The Today Show, Regis and Kelly, QVC, Food Network, Discovery Channel, FOX, Martha Stewart Radio, RAI International and others, Mary Ann has shared traditional Italian cooking with audiences around the world. She has cooked with Julia Child, Robert Irvine, Sara Moulton, Jacques Pepin, Ming Tsai, Martin Yan and others.
National and international organizations have recognized Mary Ann’s efforts to preserve the traditions surrounding Italian food and culture.
