Who says the areas around your home have to be carpeted in lawn or dotted with flowers? In P. Allen Smith's Garden Home, garden design expert P. Allen Smith leads novice and experienced gardeners through the steps for fashioning garden rooms used for separate functions such as dining, entertaining, relaxing or playing. In each half hour episode, you’ll recognize how to use the key elements of design to create areas for relaxing after a busy day, places for friends and family to gather or offer sanctuary to plants and wildlife. P. Allen travels throughout the country and Europe, touring gardens of all sizes and descriptions, and shows you how to successfully adapt these ideas to your own yard.
