Erika Bruce is a recent on-screen addition to Americ'as Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated as test cook. A former pastry chef, she joined the Cook's team in 2002 after working at several restaurants and bakeries in both the Boston and San Francisco areas.

Erika graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts as well as McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
